Sportservice Positions at Busch Stadium®
**We utilize drug screening EOE/M/F/D/V**
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic people to join our team, and Cardinals fans are ENCOURAGED to apply! All candidates must be at least 16 years old unless otherwise noted. These positions have a dental plan and life insurance policy effective after two complete seasons worked at 85% of the events, when you return for the third season.

PORTERS/BAR BACKS

Hours worked vary per event and continue after the game.

Work among employees and guests supplying concession stands & bars and distributing products.
-
Must be pleasant, friendly and well groomed; able to perform basic math skills.

Must be in good physical condition; able to lift 50 Lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time.

Must be 18 years of age or older for a porter.
-
Must be 21 years of age or older for a bar back.
COMMISSARY WORKERS
-
Work 8 hours per event.
-
Control and distribute product to vending personnel.
-
Must be pleasant, friendly and well-groomed; able to perform basic math skills.

Involves long periods of standing; also lifting, bending and stretching.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
STAND ATTENDANTS
-
Work 6½ fast-paced hours per event.
-
Sell various products to our guests in our concession stands.
-
Must be well groomed, friendly and efficient; have basic math skills.

Must be 21 years of age or older, and money handling experience is preferred.

Involves standing for long periods; also lifting, bending and stretching.
VENDORS – RETAIL, FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Hours worked vary per event.
-
Walk through stadium selling various food and beverage products.
-
Must be well groomed, pleasant and friendly; have basic math skills.
-
Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.; have a strong back and legs to walk up and down stairs; have a strong voice in order to market and sell your product.

Food and Retail Vendors MUST be 16 years of age or older and money handling experience is preferred.
LINE COOKS

Hours worked vary per event.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Must be pleasant, friendly and well-groomed.

Must have operational knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, food preparation and sanitation rules.

Involves standing and walking for long periods of time.
TEAM STORE CLERK

Hours worked vary per event.

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Must be pleasant, friendly and well-groomed; must have basic math skills and money handling skills.

Must have general knowledge of retail sales and able to learn to operate the cash register system.
BARTENDER

Hours worked vary per event.
-
Serve drinks to customers. Some food service required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be pleasant, friendly and well groomed; must have basic math skills.

Must have knowledge of all bar drinks and wine. Must be able to complete a skills assessment for mixing drinks.
SUPERVISOR - NON UNION POSTION
-
Hours worked vary per event 8 - 10 hours shift.

Learn and support the department rules and procedures.
-
People and problem solving skills required.

Must be pleasant, friendly and well groomed. Must have basic math skills.
BUFFET ATTENDANT

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays. 8-10 hour shifts

Accept tasks as assigned by the chef.

Adhere to Appearance policy and sanitation policies.

Must be pleasant, friendly and able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

BUSSER

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays. 8-10 hour shifts

Must be attentive and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

UTILITY KITCHEN SUPPORT

INSEAT SERVER AND RUNNER
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidaysand available for overtime on short notice.
Involves taking orders from guest and retrieve order from Pantry and deliver to the guest.
Runner delivers order to the guest and supports food prep in the Pantry.
Must be well groomed, friendly and follow appearance policy and sanitation policies; have basic math skills.
Involves standing for long periods; also lifting, bending and stretching in various weather conditions.
Runners must be 18 years of age or older. Servers must be 21 years of age or older, and money handling experience is preferred.
